Ultra Dry 70 Stone Sealer

ULTRA DRY 70 Stone Sealer is a premium water-base, natural look, breathable, impregnating and penetrating sealer.
Designed to provide maximum stain protection.
It is salt water and efflorescence proof.

USE ON:
All-natural stone (Granite, Marble, Limestone, Travertine, Slate & Sandstone)
Terra Cotta, stucco, pavers, concrete, veneer, tiles, concrete countertop and grout.
Recommended for Commercial and Residential interior and exterior
surfaces including high-traffic areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, patios and driveways.

COVERAGE:
Approximately 200 to 3000 sf (19-279 m2) per gallon depending on the porosity of surface.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Stir well prior to use.
Do not thin or dilute.
Do not apply to surfaces with temperatures of <40° F (<4.4° C) or >95° F (>35° C)
Test a small area before starting overall application to confirm suitability or possible color change.
– Clean and dry surface to be treated (allow approximately 24 hrs drying time depending on temperature)
– Depending on area, apply using low pressure sprayer, paint roller brush, paint pad or cotton towel.
– Wait 5 – 10 minutes and remove any unabsorbed sealer with a cotton towel.
NOTE: If second coat is needed, wait 10 – 15 minutes between coats.

TESTING:
After one hour, test by dropping water on surface.
If water is absorbed, apply another coat.
Avoid heavy usage on horizontal surfaces for 24 hours.

WARNING:
CAUSES EYE IRRITATION.
Wash thoroughly after handling.
Dispose of contents/container to waste disposal.
Have label on hand when seeking medical attention.

FIRST AID:
IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
Get immediate medical attention.
IF ON SKIN: Wash skin with soap and water.
Remove contaminated clothing.
Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do.
Continue rinsing. IF EYE IRRITATION PERSISTS: Get medical advice/attention.
IF SWALLOWED: If conscious give several glasses of water. Rinse mouth.
Do NOT induce vomiting. Get immediate medical advice/attention.
