Base Stabilizer

Base Stabilizer is a modified vinyl acrylic soil stabilizer.

USE FOR:
Soil stabilization, erosion control or dust control.
Recommended for:
-Crushed concrete 1/4” minus and or 1/2” minus

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Aggregate is spread evenly, and Base Stabilizer is mixed with two parts water and applied to the surface.
This is mixed thoroughly to the top two inches using tillers or manually with rakes.
The surface is then compacted.
After allowing to cure for one hour, a top coat is applied to the surface.

Ingredients:
5-KG Portland cement (11 pounds)
10-KG Mason sand (22 pounds)
0.5 Gallon Base Stabilizer (for Base Stabilizer mix)
0.5 Gallon water (for Base Stabilizer mix)
Mix another batch of Base Stabilizer and water for priming surface or adding to mix to adjust consistency

Directions:
Dry mix cement and sand in empty 5-gallon bucket
Prime area to be covered with diluted Base Stabilizer mixture and allow to get tacky but not dry
Mix Base Stabilizer and water and place in empty 5-gallon bucket
Add dry cement/sand mix to liquid
Mix with 1/2 drill paddle mixer
Do not overmix- air will weaken finished product
Add more liquid to obtain desired consistency
Spread mixture evenly with push broom for testure or squeegee for smooth surface
Approximate coverage is 90 square feet

WARNING:
VERY TOXIC TO AQUATIC LIFE WITH LONG LASTING EFFECTS.
Avoid release to the environment.
Dispose of contents to approved waste disposal plant.
Keep container tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.
Avoid freezing.
Have product label on hand when seeking medical attention.

FIRST AID:
IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.
IF ON SKIN: Wash skin with cool water and soap or a mild detergent.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Seek medical treatment if irritation or inflammation develops or persists.
IF IN EYES: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes.
Get immediate medical advice/attention.
IF SWALLOWED: If conscious give several glasses of water.
Do NOT induce vomiting. Get immediate medical advice/attention.
