Ultra Dry 70 Paver Sealer & Enhancer

Ultra Dry 70 Paver Sealer & Enhancer is a solvent based, clear sealer and hardener.
It is stain proof (dirt stain, oil stain, tree stain and any stain).
It is salt water and efflorescence proof.

USE ON:
Concrete paver patio, concrete paver pool deck, driveways and sidewalks.
Recommended for Commercial and Residential interior and exterior surfaces including high-traffic areas such as patios and driveways.

COVERAGE:
On a properly prepared surface, one gallon should cover 200 to 400 sf (19 -37 m2) depending on the degree of porosity and texture of surface as well as the thickness applied.
DOT Classification: UN1268 Petroleum distillates, n.o.s., PG III

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Does not require mixing.
Do not thin or dilute.
Test a small area and allow a 24 hour cure time to determine desired results.
Surface must be free of dirt, grit, oil, grease and all other contaminates including loose, scaling, peeling, powdering, chalking or poorly bonded paint.
Clean and dry surface to be treated (allow approximately 24 hrs drying time depending on temperature).
Failure to follow this procedure will result in a white film forming in the sealer.
Apply only at temperatures above 50°F.
Can be applied with solvent resistant brush, roller, squeegee or sprayer.
Be sure to apply evenly to ensure a uniform look.
Clean brushes, roller, tool and all other application equipment immediately after use with Xylene.
Dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes under normal drying conditions; depending on temperature, humidity and air movement.
Dries hard enough even for light foot traffic in 2-4 hours.
Do not drive on for 24-48 hours.

Obtain special instructions before use.
Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood.
Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. – No smoking.
Keep container tightly closed.
Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
Ground/bond container and receiving equipment.
Use explosion-proof electrical, ventilating, and lighting equipment.
Use only non-sparking tools.
Take precautionary measures against static discharge.
In case of fire: Use water fog, foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide (CO2) to extinguish.
Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Keep container tightly closed.
Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
Avoid breathing mists/vapors.
Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid release to the environment.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

FIRST AID:
IF SWALLOWED: Do NOT induce vomiting.
Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Rinse mouth.
IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.
IF ON SKIN (OR HAIR): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.
Rinse skin with water/shower.
IF SKIN IRRITATION OCCURS: Get medical advice/attention.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do.Continue rinsing.
IF EYE IRRITATION PERSISTS: Get medical attention.
IF EXPOSED OR CONCERNED: Get medical advice/attention.
